Business Analyst ( Junior / Senior )

Yashuss Unlimited Business Solutions is hiring Junior and Senior Business Analysts for its Malad office. The roles involve working on business automation, web development logic, system implementation, and HRMS projects to deliver scalable solutions.

• Assist in requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, and process documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories)
• Conduct gap analysis and support solution design and workflow automation
• Coordinate between technical, functional, and client delivery teams
• Support UAT, functional testing, and quality checks
• Prepare user manuals, training documentation, and monitor project timelines and milestones

• Graduate in HR, Business, IT, or related field (MBA/Diploma an advantage for HRMS roles)
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• For Senior roles: 3-5 years of experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
