Business Analyst

Nippon Data Systems is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and met through effective documentation and Agile project management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Develop and maintain BRDs and FRDs to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals
• Utilize SQL to analyze data and generate insights that inform business decisions
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure that requirements are integrated into the development process
• Work within Agile methodology, participating in sprint planning and reviews to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Utilize Jira for project management and tracking progress on tasks and issues

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of BRD and FRD documentation processes
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience using Jira for project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
