Business Analyst

DXC Luxoft is looking for a Business Analyst to join a team working on a default management system designed for the banking industry to manage delinquent mortgage loans.

You will collaborate with global development teams to deliver customized solutions, handle ongoing enhancements, and resolve critical bugs while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal rules.

• Possess knowledge of the Banking domain and work on New Business Process-based implementations
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements into BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and System Specifications
• Prioritize User Stories during Product backlog refinement and prepare acceptance criteria
• Apply knowledge of Accounting and Reporting in the desired domain operations of a bank

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial domain, preferably in Banking, Cards, or Mortgage
• Knowledge of the financial domain, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Testing Tools & Techniques, defect tracking, and test case management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
