Senior Technology Business Analyst

Conduent is seeking a Senior Technology Business Analyst to deliver mission-critical solutions in the healthcare payer space. You will work closely with clients, internal SMEs, and development teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical artifacts, and ensure the successful delivery of commercial payer and Medicaid systems.

• Work with clients to create, gather, and document business and functional requirements according to standards
• Interact with State Business Users, internal SMEs, and external users to translate requirements into use cases, process maps, and requirements matrices
• Document requirements gaps, functional/non-functional system requirements, and data requirements
• Work closely with the development and architecture teams to elucidate requirements and implement best-in-class solutions
• Run SQL queries, perform basic system analysis, and troubleshoot critical issues
• Conduct milestone demos and track feedback from clients and stakeholders

• Very good understanding of the healthcare payer space
• Prior experience in implementing or maintaining commercial payer solutions and/or Medicaid systems (MMIS)
• Good experience with claims processing and adjudication concepts, member enrollment, and care management
• Basic understanding of web services, relational databases, and SQL
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
