Innovaccer is hiring a Senior Analyst to own the clinical quality measure specifications, HEDIS and STARS analytics, and quality improvement programme analysis for 3,000+ US health systems on the Innovaccer platform.
- Own HEDIS and STARS measure reporting for 3,000+ US health system customers
- Conduct clinical data deep-dive analysis for quality improvement
- Build quality measure dashboards and gap closure reports
- Present quality performance insights to US health system leadership
- Collaborate with product team to improve quality measure features
- Publish quality improvement best practice content for Innovaccer customers
- 4–6 years clinical quality analytics in US healthcare
- HEDIS, STARS, and MIPS measure specification and reporting
- Advanced SQL for clinical claims and EHR data analysis
- ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, and RxNorm medical coding expertise
- US healthcare payer and ACO domain experience
- Excellent English communication for US client presentations
