Business Analyst - Information Technology - Noida - Sector 51 - MM

TATA Capital is looking for a Business Analyst - IT based in Noida, Sector 51 to bridge the gap between business requirements and the internal IT team. The role involves gathering stakeholder requirements, managing vendor cost estimates, supporting product development, and overseeing production support for corporate lending products.

• Frontend business requirements discussions with vendors, business users, and internal IT team members
• Work closely with Business Segment Managers to understand requirements and drive product development
• Train and manage a team of Production support for FinnOne for Corporate Products
• Create and maintain various system masters (Users, Sanction limits, Agency masters, Asset masters, etc.)
• Coordinate with Infra team for change requirements and extract reports from Backup DB
• Handle vendor cost estimates and vendor negotiations

• Sound knowledge of the entire Lending Life cycle for Corporate Funding and Leasing Products (OL/FL/SL)
• Familiarity with Investment Products (PTC, NCD, SPV, Private placement, Structured products)
• Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or Oracle DB
• Good project planning, management, and effort estimation skills
• Strong communication, excel, and stakeholder management skills
