Lead DevOps Engineer

Lead DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration across enterprise applications. Drives automation, scalability, and reliability of deployments, monitors system performance, ensures security compliance, and mentors junior engineers.

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Lead DevOps strategy across development, QA, and production environments
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment workflows
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud and on-premises environments
• Manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker Swarm
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automated workflows
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues across environments
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement in release management and system reliability

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficiency with AWS services
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitoring experience with Prometheus, ELK, or Grafana
