Infosys is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of applications and infrastructure. The role involves proactive monitoring, incident management, automation, and implementing cloud operations.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health
- Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance
- Automate operational tasks using scripting languages
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and support cloud environments
- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, or New Relic
- Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Shell Scripting, Go, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
