The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the management and enhancement of our cloud infrastructure on AWS, while ensuring high standards of security are maintained. This includes implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating processes, and ensuring the integrity and security of our systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure-as-code (IaC) on AWS.
- Automate processes using tools such as Cloud Development Kit (CDK), CloudFormation, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Implement security measures in the cloud environment to safeguard data and applications.
- Optimize AWS services for performance and cost efficiency.
- Monitor regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and audits.
- Work closely with development, IT, and operations teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 9+ years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering or a related field.
- Strong experience with AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, and VPC.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of container orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
