Java Fullstack Developer - C11 - Pune

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Pune. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining large‑scale application systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high code quality and compliance with Citi’s security and regulatory standards.

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Apply best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in the design and implementation of new or revised application systems.
• Analyze and enhance existing applications to meet business and security requirements.
• Consult with support and technology groups to recommend solutions.
• Develop high‑quality code following software engineering best practices.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Apply standards, frameworks, and patterns during development.
• Manage risk and make evaluative judgments in business decisions.

• 5-8 years of full‑stack application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Front‑end experience with React and/or Angular.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Proficiency with build tools (Gradle/Maven), CI/CD (Jenkins), and code quality tools (SonarQube).
• Unit and integration testing with JUnit.
• Version control experience with Bitbucket.
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
