Software Engineer II - Java Full stack with AI

Design and develop secure, scalable software solutions for Mastercard’s global payments platform. Collaborate with product owners to create intuitive UIs, participate in architectural discussions, and deliver high‑quality code within Agile cycles.

• Design, code, test, and maintain high‑quality backend and frontend components
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture, iteration planning, and feature sizing meetings
• Support System and User Acceptance Testing
• Adhere to Agile ceremonies and deliver on time and within budget

• 3‑6 years of full‑stack Java development experience
• Proficiency with Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for RESTful services
• Solid SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server
• Experience building front‑end UIs with React or Angular
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube, and Chef
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Exposure to Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake for data processing
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration of AI services
• Basic Python knowledge for AI model development (preferred)
• Strong SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience
