IT Support Engineer (Vashi)

Corporate House is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, networks, and other IT equipment. The role involves troubleshooting operating systems, managing Active Directory, and providing reliable technical support to employees.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems
• Configure and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies
• Provide technical support to employees through remote and onsite assistance
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
