IT Support Engineer

Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves managing end-user devices, maintaining user accounts, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including operating system errors and application problems
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT-related services
• Ensure that all systems are running up-to-date antivirus and security software
• Manage and maintain hardware and software asset inventory
• Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system

• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
• Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications
• Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools
