IT Support Engineer responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment across Amazon fulfillment sites in Narnaul, Haryana. Provides 24x7 support, manages RMA processes, and assists senior engineers on projects. Works across multiple buildings with regular travel within the region.
- Maintain IT equipment throughout fulfillment sites
- Troubleshoot all IT related equipment such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers and other end user devices
- Manage RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty
- Support senior engineers in daily projects and activities as directed
- Support multiple buildings around the area with regular travel within the state/region
- Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work
- Report directly to the IT manager for the fulfillment sites
- 1+ years corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
