Business Analyst - Software Development - Experienced

Bow and Baan Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and technical development teams, ensuring software solutions align with business goals.

• Gather and document comprehensive business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams
• Support testing phases and manage stakeholder expectations

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business goals
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Act as liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication
• Create BRDs, FRDs, Prototypes, and process flows
• Develop test cases and assist in system integration testing

• Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or product development
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Jira/Confluence
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with prototyping and diagramming tools such as Figma, MS Visio, and Lucidchart
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
