As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst at Axnode Immigration, you will bridge the gap between complex immigration data and actionable business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, and product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve service delivery efficiency and internal processing platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Design and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau for real-time visibility into case pipelines
- Execute complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and transform data
- Manage end-to-end ETL processes to streamline data warehousing
- Apply statistical analysis to identify trends in visa processing times and client demographics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the SDLC for data-driven projects
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Python for automation and data cleaning
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL pipeline architecture
- Proven ability to navigate the full SDLC and thrive in Agile environments
- 3 to 13 years of relevant professional experience in data or business analysis roles
- Solid foundation in statistics to support predictive modeling and trend analysis
