Business Analyst - LMS - Mumbai

Responsible for gathering business requirements and mapping end-to-end loan servicing workflows, including loan onboarding, amortization, fee generation, payment processing, and payoff calculations. Works closely with loan servicing, customer accounting, customer service, and collections teams to ensure accurate post-disbursement operations.

• Collaborate with loan servicing, customer accounting, customer service, and collections operations to capture business requirements for post-disbursement activities.
• Map end-to-end post-origination processes including loan onboarding, amortization schedule modifications, interest calculations, fee generation, payment processing, and payoff calculations.
• Develop collections and recovery strategies.
