Avantor is seeking a Business Analyst for Global CS Analytics & Automations to create and maintain Global CS reports, provide data insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs. The role executes complex customer service tasks, troubleshoots issues, and drives process improvements.
- Develop and maintain Global CS reports and metrics to provide insights into performance and trends
- Analyze data to identify patterns, troubleshoot complex issues, and support customer service operations
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to gather information and resolve issues
- Graduate/Diploma or Equivalent Degree
- Minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience
- Sound knowledge of Power BI, Data Modeling, and MS Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work in night shifts
