Business Analyst responsible for managing Mantis Portal queries, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing business process issues, tracking resolution, and supporting system enhancements.
- Handle and monitor Mantis Portal queries and provide business support.
- Coordinate with Business Users, IT & Operations teams for query resolution.
- Analyse issues related to Business Processes, Operations, IT/System & Development.
- Track queries until final resolution and closure.
- Assist in gathering business requirements, preparing User Stories, and supporting system enhancements.
- Coordinate with Accounts & Vendors for operational requirements, payments and recharges.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
