Anand Rathi IT Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to handle portal queries, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support business processes and system enhancements.
- Handle and monitor Mantis Portal queries and provide business support
- Coordinate with Business Users, IT & Operations teams for query resolution
- Analyse issues related to Business Processes, Operations, IT/System & Development
- Track queries until final resolution and closure
- Assist in gathering business requirements, preparing User Stories, and supporting system enhancements
- Coordinate with Accounts & Vendors for operational requirements, payments and recharges
- Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and MS Excel
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
