US Healthcare Voice Process Executive – US Medical Billing

Medvantis is seeking a US Healthcare Voice Process Executive to handle US medical billing and accounts receivable processes. The role involves making outbound calls to US insurance companies, following up on claims, and updating records during night shifts.

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding claim status and payment follow-up
• Follow up on denied, pending, and unpaid medical claims
• Speak professionally with insurance representatives
• Document call outcomes and update claim status in the billing system
• Work according to US healthcare medical billing procedures

• Excellent English Communication (Written and Verbal)
• Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a US medical billing field
• In-depth knowledge of medical billing and account receivable processes, medical terminology, and ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Experience in working with insurances, filing appeals and identifying requirements for specific coverage criteria
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, and medical billing software
