Medvantis is hiring a US Healthcare Voice Process Executive to handle US medical billing, accounts receivable follow-ups, and insurance claims processing during night shifts.
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding claim status and payment follow-up
- Follow up on denied, pending, and unpaid medical claims
- Speak professionally with insurance representatives
- Document call outcomes and update claim status in the billing system
- Work according to US healthcare medical billing procedures
- Excellent English Communication (Written and Verbal)
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a US medical billing field
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing and account receivable processes, medical terminology, and ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Experience in working with insurances, filing appeals and identifying requirements for specific coverage criteria
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, and medical billing software
