UI Full Stack Application Engineering- Vice President

Senior Application Development Technology Lead Analyst responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex front‑end interfaces and robust backend services. Works closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into high‑quality software. Provides technical mentorship, ensures code quality, and drives adoption of new technologies.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, user‑centric front‑end interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem
• Architect and build robust, scalable, and high‑performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Partner with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and wireframes into high‑quality, functional software
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to other developers on best practices for front‑end and back‑end development
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code across the full stack, adhering to established coding standards and practices
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in production and non‑production environments
• Drive the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve application performance and developer productivity
• Participate in all phases of the agile development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance

• 12+ years of professional experience in full‑stack software development
• Extensive, hands‑on experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies
• Proven experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Experience with modern development tools and practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
