We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Voice Support Executive to join our international BPO team in Gurgaon. The role involves handling customer queries related to travel services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
- Handle customer queries related to travel services over calls
- Provide professional and effective customer support
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines
- Handle customer interactions with strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO
- Graduate or Undergraduate qualification
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
