- Handle day‑to‑day business transactions and customer queries
- Provide effective resolution and ensure quality of business through process adherence
- Promote and maintain positive relations with customers and potential customers
- Cross‑sell and up‑sell multiple products and services at every opportunity
- Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions
- Ensure operational efficiency and smooth functioning of branch activities
- Graduate degree (minimum) with MCom as an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Conversant in local language and English
- 0–7 years of experience in customer support or related roles
