Telecom OSS Support Engineer

Vivantify Technology Solutions is seeking a Telecom OSS Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to provide end-to-end operational support for Telecom OSS applications.

• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and minimize service disruptions.
• Work closely with development and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and support system upgrades.

• Provide operational support across L1, L2, L3, and L4 levels for Telecom OSS environments.
• Analyze and resolve technical incidents and service requests within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with development and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Develop and improve operational procedures to enhance support efficiency.
• Contribute to OSS enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain incident reports, resolution records, and operational documentation.

• 3-5 years of experience in Telecom OSS environments
• Expertise in multilevel operations support (L1 to L4)
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and system performance monitoring
