Ensono is seeking a Senior Applications Support Specialist for their Pune location to manage major incidents, drive technical RCAs, and apply SRE principles to optimize application reliability and performance.
- Lead major incident (MI) bridges and restore service with minimum business impact
- Handle all L3 escalations and perform diagnostics across Java, JVM, middleware, OS, and infrastructure
- Own technical RCAs and drive long-term and systemic remediation
- Identify recurring failure patterns and risks
- Apply SRE principles: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and resilience patterns
- Tune JVM parameters, analyze thread/heap dumps, and improve performance
- Experience in handling L3 escalations and performing deep diagnostics across Java, JVM, middleware, OS, and infrastructure
- Strong background in SRE principles, including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and resilience patterns
- Proficiency in tuning JVM parameters and analyzing thread/heap dumps
