Responsible for designing, executing, and automating comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery. Works closely with development and product teams to validate features, identify defects, and continuously improve QA processes.
- Design, write, and execute functional, regression, and performance test plans
- Conduct manual testing to validate features and user experience
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify potential issues early
- Analyze test results, log defects, and track resolution using project management tools
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies
- 4-6 years of QA experience with both manual and automation testing
- Strong understanding of QA processes, Agile methodologies, and SDLC
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent automation tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira) and version control (Git)
- Ability to mentor junior QA team members
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
