Support technical operations for live development projects, coordinate business-as-usual activities, perform first‑level production troubleshooting, review logs, share findings, and collaborate with banks, internal teams, and card schemes. Manage the e‑commerce support team, handle roster planning, and report daily and monthly activities to senior management.
- Act as the single point of contact for all live development projects
- Coordinate daily BAU activities with the team
- Perform first‑level troubleshooting for production issues and provide findings to relevant teams
- Review logs daily and share insights with the team
- Share data and reports with stakeholders as required
- Coordinate with banks, internal teams, aggregators, and card schemes when necessary
- Manage the e‑commerce support team and roster planning
- Liaise with seniors and report on all daily and monthly activities
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc. (any discipline) or equivalent Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Willingness to learn and articulate software‑related concepts
