As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnose issues across various critical business systems.
- Identify and solve complex issues within multiple components of business-critical systems.
- Provide dynamic service and scalable solutions that apply across multiple teams and business areas.
- Act as a software detective to identify and solve issues within critical business systems
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to cross-functional team decisions
- Provide solutions to problems impacting multiple teams and business areas
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand system requirements and support strategies
- Continuously analyze system performance data to anticipate potential issues
- Mentor junior team members and guide complex problem-solving scenarios
- Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within large-scale data environments
- Ability to work with SQL and scripting languages
- Minimum 18 years of experience
