Act as the primary Tier 2 escalation point for server and virtualization environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Resolve escalated L1 tickets and perform root‑cause analysis
- Analyze logs and system metrics to identify issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
- Support virtualization environments using VMware vSphere, Nutanix, and Microsoft Hyper‑V
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO management
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere, Nutanix, and Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with log analysis and root‑cause investigation
