Allianz Technology is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer specializing in M365 and SharePoint Online to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration platforms. In this role, you will design scalable solutions, enforce security and governance policies, and drive automation initiatives across global cross-functional teams.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platforms, analyzing incidents and resolving complex issues
• Refine and enforce governance, security measures, retention, and lifecycle management policies for SharePoint Online
• Design scalable, resilient solutions using strong SharePoint architecture knowledge
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to design, test, and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Identify and champion opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing platform knowledge and reviewing work

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or comparable professional experience
• 5+ years of senior experience in DevOps or Microsoft 365 operations
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, configuration, and service operations
• Experience with Azure services, Entra ID (Azure AD), application registrations, managed identities, and service principals
• Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, and access management concepts
