Software Engineer Windows Engineering

A leading global investment and technology development firm is seeking a Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join its Site Reliability Engineering team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s Windows-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for mission‑critical systems. The position is hybrid, with a primary base in Secunderabad, Telangana.

• Design, implement, and manage Windows infrastructure in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Contribute to engineering projects and provide tier‑2/3 operational support to enhance reliability
• Upgrade and redesign existing infrastructure for improved performance and stability

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering or related technical discipline
• 6–15 years of experience in Windows domain
• Strong knowledge of Windows fundamentals, Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, SCOM, Hyper‑V, VMware, Failover Clustering, Exchange, SQL Server
• Proficiency in PowerShell and experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP networking and L2/L3 escalation handling
• Experience with C# and/or Python (preferred)
• Experience with Linux or storage systems (preferred)
• Prior technical leadership or small team management (preferred)
