- Drive the successful adoption and operational support of telematics APIs

- Oversee support operations, ServiceNow SLA compliance, and Snowflake data-sharing governance
- Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for API-related incidents and service outages
- Experience with API support and technical consultation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SLA compliance and IT support operations
- Experience with Snowflake data-sharing governance
