Senior React Frontend Developer

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced Senior React Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-integrated web applications. The ideal candidate will build scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for enterprise applications, collaborating closely with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React 17 and React 18
• Build responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components using Material UI
• Develop enterprise-grade frontend applications using TypeScript and JavaScript
• Implement application state management using Redux Toolkit and modern React patterns
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs, Axios, SignalR, and SDK-based integrations
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OIDC and JWT security standards
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest and Playwright
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture reviews

• 6-10 years of experience in Frontend Development and modern web application development
• Strong expertise in React 17, React 18, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Extensive experience building enterprise-scale, responsive, and high-performance web applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Material UI v4 and v5
• Deep understanding of state management using Redux Toolkit and related design patterns
• Strong expertise in React Router and frontend navigation strategies
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests using Jest and Playwright
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, OIDC, JWT, and frontend security best practices
