Alstom is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Train Control & Monitoring Systems (TCMS) team. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, building modern, high-performance human-machine interface (HMI) solutions for operational train fleets.
- Developing full-stack applications (frontend with React, backend with Node.js + Express.js) for high-performance human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
- Performing code reviews, functional and non-functional testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance
- Participating in the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance)
- Documenting and maintaining development libraries, tools, and environments
- Writing technical reports that comply with company standards
- Proficiency in JavaScript ES6, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and React + Redux
- Good knowledge of backend technologies (Express.js, Node.js, REST APIs)
- Experience with relational database management systems (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of software architecture (design patterns, SOLID principles, microservices)
- Basic knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Compose, Kubernetes)
- Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
