React Developer – Laravel Stack

We are looking for an experienced React Developer with 5-6 years of experience to lead frontend development for our full‑stack web applications. The role involves designing scalable React applications, collaborating with Laravel backend engineers, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring technical excellence across the frontend stack.

• Design and architect scalable React applications
• Lead development of complex React components, custom hooks, and state management solutions
• Own frontend responsibilities end‑to‑end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Laravel backend developers to design and implement efficient API contracts
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers, conduct code reviews, and establish frontend best practices
• Optimize React applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Debug complex frontend issues and implement solutions across the application stack
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning for frontend systems
• Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E tests)
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and product discussions
• Stay current with React ecosystem developments and recommend technology upgrades

• 5‑6 years of professional React development experience
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/ES6+ and modern JavaScript features
• Deep knowledge of React hooks, context API, and state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or MobX
• Solid understanding of Laravel architecture, REST API design, and backend integration patterns
• Proficiency with consuming and designing APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Advanced Git workflows and version control practices
• Strong testing practices with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and web accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization techniques
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
