Lead I - Software Engineering (React Frontend Developer)

We are looking for a Lead React Frontend Developer with AI/ML integration expertise to join our Engineering & Technology team. The role focuses on building scalable, user‑centric web and mobile applications, integrating AI models, and collaborating across product, design, backend, and data science teams.

• Design and develop high‑performance, responsive React components and applications for web and mobile platforms
• Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into frontend applications, creating seamless user interfaces for AI‑driven features
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into interactive web applications
• Implement state management solutions to manage complex application state and AI feature pipelines
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and efficient rendering
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design meetings
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

• 6+ years of production‑grade React development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Hooks, and component‑based design patterns
• Expertise in state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, Recoil, MobX, Apollo Client, React Query, SWR)
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs and frameworks (TensorFlow.js, ML.js, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases)
• Proficiency with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Selenium, Vitest, Playwright)
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, Parcel) and DevOps (Git, GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with cloud and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP)
