Reflections Info Systems - Business Analyst

Reflections Info Systems is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to engage with business stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for development and implementation teams.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development and implementation teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, project managers, and business teams.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and improvement.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root-cause analysis to support business decisions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement prioritisation, where applicable.
• Support solution design, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder communication, requirement changes, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Support implementation, deployment, and post-production enhancements.

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes.
• Experience with UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, and solution validation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, or equivalent platforms.
