Kemar - Business Analyst

Kemar - Automation Solution is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business understanding, technical capabilities, and customer-facing skills. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams across the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and POC to implementation and Go-Live.

• Understand customer processes, challenges, and business requirements
• Gather, analyse, and document functional and business requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, and functional specifications
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements
• Drive POCs, product demonstrations, UAT, and project implementation
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Development, and Project teams
• Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify process gaps and recommend suitable technology-driven solutions

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Functional Consulting
• Strong business orientation with good technical understanding
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
• Excellent customer interaction, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial or project environments
