QA Engineer (Automation + Manual)

Seeking an experienced QA Engineer with 5+ years in manual and automation testing to ensure quality across our healthcare platform, including HiApp, Customer Portal, Operations Portal, and AI chatbot engine. The role involves designing test cases, building and maintaining UI and API automation suites, executing tests in CI/CD pipelines, validating third‑party integrations, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to deliver reliable releases.

• Create and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web applications and APIs
• Build, maintain, and extend UI and API automation suites and run them in CI/CD pipelines
• Validate integrations with CRMs, messaging channels, and third‑party services (webhooks, APIs)
• Test chatbot and AI‑driven conversational flows for accuracy and regressions
• Log, track, and verify defects with clear reproduction steps; support root cause analysis
• Participate in release readiness checks and regression cycles
• Maintain test documentation and traceability for requirements and releases
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams for timely and quality delivery

• 5+ years of software testing experience (manual & automation)
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Postman for web UI and REST API testing
• Proficiency in running automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Solid understanding of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and regression strategy
• Experience in Agile environments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
