Lead Business Analyst responsible for technical deliveries of the scrum team, articulating BRDs, translating requirements to the technical team, providing BDD scenarios, coordinating onsite/offshore team members, and owning delivery of offshore deliverables.
- Responsible for all technical deliveries of the scrum team
- Articulate BRD and translate requirements to Technical Team
- Provide BDD scenarios for JIRA stories
- Coordinate onsite/offshore team members and own offshore deliverables
- Estimate from high-level requirement and detailed functional specification
- Follow Agile practices and review design, test cases, and code
- Responsible for Testing – Smoke Tests, Unit Tests, Integration Tests
- 7-10 years of experience as Lead BA
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, end-to-end processes
- Experience coordinating onsite/offshore team members
- Ability to estimate from high-level requirement and detailed functional specification
- Proficiency in Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test-driven development, model storming)
- Meticulous review of design, test cases, and code
- Basic SQL knowledge
