Join Barclays as a Business Analyst in Bengaluru to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software engineering teams within a banking environment. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, support agile delivery teams, and ensure technology solutions align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Analyze banking products and processes including retail/digital banking, payments, and lending
- Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations, risk controls, and security requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and reporting tools
- Define and document API requirements and user stories from Swagger specs
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Experience with SQL and data analysis
- Understanding of APIs and integration (REST, JSON, XML)
- Knowledge of retail and digital banking, payments, cards, and KYC/AML compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
