Responsible for driving business analysis activities within ITBA and transformation initiatives. Works closely with stakeholders to prepare business requirement documents, conduct gap analysis, and manage product backlog throughout the Agile lifecycle.
- Run PI and Sprint Planning sessions
- Connect with business stakeholders to prepare BRD and conduct gap analysis
- Maintain product backlog and coordinate SIT/UAT testing activities
- Industry standard certifications
- Strong knowledge of Retail, Commercial, and Lending domains
- Solid proficiency in ChatGPT, SQL, Excel (XLS) for reporting, JIRA, and Confluence
