Provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot end‑user issues, and assist with network infrastructure at the client office.
- Deliver onsite technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with network infrastructure tasks
- Manage incidents through ITSM tools
- Coordinate with L3 support and external vendors
- 2–3 years of L2 IT support experience
- Onsite troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Basic networking skills including Wi‑Fi, switches, ports, and network cabling
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management
- Patch management and device provisioning
- Use of ITSM tools and incident management
- Coordination with L3 teams and vendors
