Java developer - immediate joiners only - 4 to 6 years - Pune

Java Developer role focusing on product feature design, development, and maintenance. Works in a small team, writes unit tests, stays current with server, security, frameworks, and infrastructure technologies.

• Contribute to on‑going releases through design and development of product features and maintenance
• Collaborate with other developers in a tag‑team setup
• Provide unit tests to ensure quality before hand‑off to QA teams
• Keep up‑to‑date with technologies in server development, security, frameworks and infrastructure

• 4-6 years of experience in Java ecosystem
• Strong Java programming skills and knowledge of J2EE
• Experience with object‑oriented design methodology and design patterns
• Experience in security software domain
• Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate (desirable)
• Solid software engineering practices, release processes and project life cycles
• Performance, correctness, security and enterprise‑level scale focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and proactive interaction
• Hands‑on experience with AI assistants and ability to craft clear prompts for LLMs
• Ability to fact‑check, refine, and validate AI‑generated content
• Understanding of AI hallucinations, biases, and limitations
• Bachelor of Engineering in IT or equivalent
