- Maintain and monitor local server infrastructure (IIS)
- Provide IT support for server and client-side operations
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses (static and dynamic)
- Resolve email-related issues to ensure uninterrupted communication
- Experience with Windows Server and IIS
- Proficiency in managing computer networks
