IT Support Engineer - APAC

Responsible for day‑to‑day IT operations across end‑user support, Microsoft 365 services, infrastructure, networking and security. Works independently to troubleshoot complex issues, manage device lifecycle, and ensure smooth running of all IT systems and services.

• Provide advanced Level 1 and 2 support for end‑user hardware, software and mobile devices, ensuring SLA compliance
• Manage device lifecycle, imaging and deployment processes
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint)
• Automate user lifecycle and support processes for onboarding/offboarding
• Maintain and patch Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Support virtualization platforms and basic storage/network integrations
• Configure and support network equipment (managed switches, VLANs, basic routing)
• Maintain perimeter security using Sophos XG/UTM firewalls, VPNs and remote access; monitor and respond to security alerts
• Document runbooks, knowledge base articles and contribute to IT projects (migrations, upgrades, rollouts)

• 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (modern desktop, email, collaboration and device management)
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
• Experience with networking equipment (switches, VLANs, routing) and firewall systems
• Hands‑on experience with Sophos XG/UTM firewall and Microsoft Defender (or similar security tools)
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
