We are seeking candidates for an International Voice Process role based in Mumbai and Pune. This is a full-time position involving 24x7 shifts to handle international voice customer service.

  • Handle international voice customer service queries
  • Operate effectively within 24x7 shift rotations
  • Graduate with a minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of relevant experience in the contact center industry, OR HSC with a minimum of 18 months and maximum of 3 years of relevant experience in BPO
  • International Voice experience required
  • Background in Travel, Healthcare, Telecom, E-commerce, or Tech Support preferred
  • Ex-TCS candidates are not eligible
