The QA Lead will oversee quality assurance for the company's industrial solutions, ensuring the live platform operates smoothly and releases meet rigorous standards.
- Monitor the live platform twice daily, verifying login, dashboards, device data, alerts, reports, and APIs.
- Escalate critical (P0/P1) issues within 30 minutes.
- Own the go/no-go sign‑off for every release, covering both cloud and on‑premise deployments.
- Write detailed test cases derived from product documents and PRDs, covering positive, negative, boundary, and user‑permission scenarios.
- Maintain traceability by linking every requirement to a test case.
- Validate client compliance reports clause by clause against the live software.
